A recent headline making its way around social media was about how Netflix is more “worried about YouTube and FortNite” than it is about HBO as a competitor. As with BirdBox, when Netflix is right, they are REALLY right.

I was filming a documentary project at an area elementary school this week, and as usual the kids were excited to see the camera and ham it up. Just a few years ago, this same “demographic” would have been jumping up and down asking me if the video would be on television or the news. This time, to the child, every single one of them asked if it was going to be on YouTube.

Yep. Not just for stunts and vloggers anymore.
